On this website
- We use Google Analytics to see which pages visitors view, what they click (examples, sample reports, downloads and email links), how far they scroll, whether they send an enquiry and where visits come from. It uses two cookies (
_gaand_ga_9BJ16DTSZS), which expire two years after your most recent visit, and receives general details such as your browser, device and approximate location. Google Analytics doesn’t receive your name, email address or message, and we don’t use its advertising features. Google explains how it uses this information in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services. You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on. - If you arrive through a link with campaign labels (such as
utm_source), your browser remembers them for 30 days and includes them with any enquiry you send, so we know where it came from. - When you send an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, company and message, and use them to reply. We don’t add you to a mailing list.
- The form uses Vercel BotID to check that enquiries come from a person rather than an automated program.
- Enquiries are processed by Vercel and Resend in the United States and delivered to our mailbox on Google Workspace. Emails to vandit@ezdash.com.au are forwarded through Namecheap in the United States.
Your business data in EZDash
- Stored in Sydney
- Australian client data is stored in the Sydney region of Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- You choose where AI processing runs
- During setup you choose an AI provider. Claude through Amazon Bedrock, set up with Australian-only routing, keeps processing in Australia, in Sydney and Melbourne. If you choose a provider outside Australia, such as Anthropic’s or OpenAI’s own services, the data needed for each request is sent to that provider, processed in the United States and possibly other countries, and kept for a period set by the provider’s own terms. Private deployment runs EZDash and local AI models on your own infrastructure.
- Who works with your data
- Our team in Sydney sets up and supports your workspace. Our product and engineering team in India works on the software and does not have access to client data. Within your business, user roles and data permissions control who sees what.
- Not used for training
- We don’t use your data to train or fine-tune AI models.
- When you leave
- When your agreement ends, we return or delete your data within 30 days.
Information sent outside Australia
- United States: website enquiries, our email and website analytics (Vercel, Resend, Namecheap, Google Workspace and Google Analytics; Google may also store this data in other countries where it has data centres).
- United States and other countries: the data needed for each AI request, only if you choose an AI provider outside Australia.
How EZDash is used in decisions
EZDash analyses your data and recommends actions, such as pricing changes, stock orders or customer follow-ups. Your team reviews the analysis and makes the decisions. If you use EZDash to help with decisions about individuals, such as an individual customer’s pricing or a staff roster, ask us and we’ll explain what data EZDash uses and how it produces its recommendations, so you can describe this in your own privacy policy.
Questions, access and corrections
To ask what information we hold about you, correct it or raise a privacy concern, email vandit@ezdash.com.au. We’ll update this page if the way we handle information changes.
